Lifemode helps you split your life in 2 weeks slices. Choose from 28 pre-defined Lifemodes associated to different lifestyles or you can combine lifemodes to reflect the reality better. Once you have made your selection, Lifemode will calculate which are the nutrients that you should focus on. You will learn how they can be found in your daily nutrition. It will recommend what kind of sports activities to do.
At the end of each day youll find out how much you have improved that lifestyle you chose. You can see your progress daily. After two weeks youll be able to choose a different lifemode and new elements that you have to focus on based on results.

Why two weeks?
Working with nutritionists have found that the optimal duration to see the effects is 2 weeks. During this period the body will addapt and be comfortable with nutrients and sporting activities. After two weeks youll know if youre feeling better. If not so great states persist, please contact a doctor.

What if I skip a few days?
A day or two when you forget to pay attention to Lifemode is not a problem. From the third day your lifestyle will no longer be optimally improved.

What lifemodes to choose?
Depending on your profile we will recommend 2 or 3 lifemodes that you fit.

What happens to the information in my profile?
The information in the profile is secure and will be used only to recommend you lifemodes. We encourage you to change it after every 2 weeks, especially if there are significant changes.

Who can use this app?
This app was designed for healthy people aged between 16 and 80 years. We advise you not to use this app without doctors permission if you suffer from diabetes, hepatitis or other diseases that can be aggravated by a change in nutrition.

What lifemodes can I choose?
The current preset lifemodes are available to explore in the app itself. If you have new suggestions please contact us, we are open to adding new lifestyles.

What languages can I choose?
Currently Lifemode App is available in German and Romanian. We are working now on other language options.
